Overview
This pressure regulator is mainly used for pressure regulation and pressure stabilization of urban transmission and distribution pipelines for natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, etc.
The model of this pressure regulator is compiled in accordance with the national standard City Gas Pressure Regulator (GB27790‑2011), and the model is RTZ‑/ type.
Product Features
Small size, easy installation, stable performance, safe and reliable.
Main Technical Parameters
‑ Maximum Inlet Pressure: P₁ ≤ 1.6 kPa
‑ Outlet Pressure Range: P₂ = 30‑400 kPa (adjustable)
‑ Pressure Stabilization Accuracy Class: AC10
‑ Nominal Flow: Q = 40‑300 Nm³/h
Installation
This pressure regulator can be installed and used independently, or assembled into box‑type (cabinet‑type) pressure regulating equipment integrating multiple functions such as metering, filtration, pressure regulation and relief.
The pressure regulator shall be installed far away from fire sources and kept away from damp conditions.
The pressure regulator shall be installed vertically. Do not install it upside‑down or sideways. Ensure the gas flow direction is consistent with the arrow mark.
Valves and pressure indicating devices shall be installed at the upstream and downstream of the pressure regulator.
