High & Medium Pressure Safety Relief Valve
The safety relief valve serves as the optimal overpressure protection device for pressure-bearing equipment, vessels and pipelines. When the medium pressure rises above the allowable value, the safety valve opens automatically and then performs full-volume discharge to prevent further pressure build-up. When the pressure drops to the preset value, the safety valve closes automatically in a timely manner.
For the low-lift type, the outlet bore is equal to the nominal diameter; for the full-lift type, the outlet bore is one size or more larger than the nominal bore.
Connection Type: Flanged Connection
Nominal Diameter:
DN20–DN300 (for nominal pressure 16–40 Bar)
DN20–DN150 (for nominal pressure 64–100 Bar)
DN15–DN50 (for nominal pressure 160–320 Bar)
High & Medium Pressure Low-lift Safety Relief Valve
Connection Type: External Thread Connection
Nominal Diameter: DN15–DN25
Nominal Pressure: 16–160 Bar
High & Medium Pressure Pilot Operated Safety Relief Valve
The pilot operated safety relief valve is a safety valve with a new structure. It changes the direct action of the spring into indirect action via a pilot valve, featuring high responsiveness, high operating accuracy, good repeatability, long service life and stable and reliable performance. This product can be calibrated on-site. After repeated popping and discharging, it can still automatically re-seat with tight shutoff, and is easy to operate and maintain.
