The remote shut-off system serves as the "last line of defense" for gas safety protection. In emergencies such as gas leakage and overpressure, or other on-site abnormal conditions, one-click remote shut-off of the on-site cut-off valve can be performed from the central control room to rapidly cut off the gas source and prevent accidents like explosions and poisoning. Compared with the traditional "manual on-site valve closing", the remote shut-off system realizes intelligent upgrading featuring "fast response and unmanned operation". This system is effective for operating pressure-loss shut-off valves.
· Emergency Shut-off: Quickly close valves to cut off the gas source and prevent accident escalation under hazardous scenarios such as gas leakage, pipeline overpressure and equipment failure.
· Accurate Triggering: Prevent false shut-off via multi-parameter monitoring (e.g. gas concentration, pressure and flow rate).
· Remote Controllability: Support manual intervention from the monitoring center or automatic system triggering to ensure effective shut-off even under extreme conditions (e.g. inaccessible site for personnel).
