Quick Opening Blind Plate for Pressure Vessels

Overview

As a pressure component, the quick opening blind plate for pressure vessels is widely applied in pressure vessels, pressure pipelines and assemblies. It enables rapid opening of pressure vessels to facilitate equipment maintenance as well as replacement and repair of internal components.

Application

Classified into vertical type and horizontal type according to different structures. It can replace manholes of pressure vessels, and be used for quick opening doors of pigging receivers/launchers, filters (separators), vulcanizing tanks, etc.

Installation and Connection

Two installation types are available: horizontal installation and vertical installation. For horizontal installation, the non-perpendicularity of the rotation spindle of the blind cover shall be less than 5/1000. For vertical installation, the non-perpendicularity of the center line of the blind cover shall be less than 3/1000.
